Frapin’s fifth Cuvée Rabelais release is both a blend of some of the house’s oldest eaux-de-vie and a celebration of its historic link with 16th-century humanist and writer François Rabelais.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: Tropical fruit, tangerine peel, evolving into dried apricot, with beeswax and dark honey emerging on the palate.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
Distillery Information
The Frapin family have been involved in the art of winemaking since 1270 and specilised in distillation much later and have continued to stand strong throughout twenty one generations. Their knowledge and experience has been passed down over centuries and today they produce top class Cognac.
