Four Feathers was created by husband and wife Paulina and Sion Edwards, who (literally) marry Poland and Wales, respectively. The Botanical Vodka is Pauline’s recipe, and is made with 14 homegrown local Welsh botanicals including gorse, oats and elderflowers from Sion’s farm.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
