A premium Fairtrade vodka from French pioneers Fair – pioneers because they use Bolivian quinoa as the base grain for their vodka, a grain better known as a superfood and vegetarian protein replacement. The quinoa travels over to Cognac, where Fair’s team brew and distill the vodka, before sending it out around the world.

Nose: Fresh and warm.
Palate: Medium body with butter and warm cashews.
Finish: Clean, warm, and smooth.
Distillery Information
Fair Vodka comes from specially selected quinoa, and is crafted from a proprietary production process; the result of a two-year joint research project between French distillers and Andean farmers. The quinoa grows in fertile volcanic soil, on the Altiplano plateau, over 3000m above sea level.
