The Elit Night Edition subverts the monochrome original bottling, and is inspired by the night sky, lunar eclipses and other moon-related marvels. While it celebrates the actual night time, it also celebrates nightlife, which is handy because, in case you forgot, it lights up and all.
Nose: Dry, clean aromas. Slightly grainy. Hints of woody notes.
Palate: Hints of charcoal meld with an oily, creamy palate. Very supple and refined.
Finish: Long, becomes slightly sweet.
Elit Vodka is a superb Latvian vodka made using a process called “freeze filtration”. During this, the spirit is brought down to -18 Celsius before filtering. This results in a very pure flavour. It’s a 10-time Superlative Platinum Award-winner and Best Unflavored Vodka with The Beverage Testing Institute.
