Crafted from 12-year-old wild agave Tobal√°. Roasted in an earth pit, crushed using a mule-drawn tahona. Open air fermented, and double-distilled.
Nose: Intense notes of fresh tropical mango and citrus, with trace pine aromas.
Palate: Heavy fruit flavor, with roasted agave and a hint of smoke.
Finish: Clean and sweet, with hints of wood.
Lorenz Agave Spirits was founded by Eric Lorenz with the primary goal of importing ultra-premium 100% blue agave tequilas, as well as artisan-crafted mezcals, into British Columbia.
