An agave spirit from El Destilado, made with the Coyote variety of agave. Coyote is a rare variety, usually found in the wild! We do love seeing these spirits, as many are made by small producers, and the spirit wouldn’t make it to these shores otherwise.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
