Yet another excellent agave spirit from a small producer in Mexico, bottled up by El Destilado! This edition was made using Azulin agave, and distilled in clay pots rather than metal ones, which makes for a rather interesting final spirit. We’re big fans of these expressions, as they offer a glimpse into a wide world of top-notch drinks that we wouldn’t be able to discover otherwise.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
