Created with a desire to offer the epicurean a compliment to cuisine, EG Inspiration stands as a truly culinary spirit. The delicate presence of Lavender and the bold taste of Rosemary create a truly sensory experience. Crafted through a tempered distillation process, the finest American herbs are infused into EG Origin, This base spirit, and gravity fed through coconut husk to create EG Inspiration.
Nose: Aromatic scent of freshly cut lavender and rosemary with hints of citrus.

A wonderful craft distillery located in Portland, Oregon. Wheat based with local Portland water distilled once and only the best part (the heart) pulled from the distilate. Then a vapor infusion of Black Tea is added and distilled once more. The Sage is infused and then another distillation is completed. Finally the last distillation of all parts would complete the process, producing a fabulous aromatic vodka ready for immediate sipping or cocktail.
