Blending a combination of 10 year old Italian brandy from Villa Zarri with bitters and red vermouth, this is a tremendous serve for anyone looking to try some cocktails with a twist.
Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.
Palate: Fruity depth and a good bittersweet, herbal balance.
Finish: The finish is quite delicate, opulent and long.
Villa Zarri dates back to 1578 as shown by a drawing of the time (Gozzadini Manuscript) which shows it, albeit with a square plan, placed next to the church of S. Apollinare with the inscription: “Del Signor Marc’Antonio Angelelli”.The Villa Zarri Italian Brandy was born after a long and scrupulous practical experimentation accompanied by careful scientific research aimed at obtaining the best aged Italian wine distillate.
