The Paloma, meaning dove, is often associated with peace and this cocktail promises the type of tranquility that only comes with enjoying a finely made drink. Like many classic cocktails, the Paloma’s exact origin is unknown. The likeliest creator is Don Javier Delgado Corona, a legendary bar owner from the town of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico. Our Classic Collection Paloma starts with a smooth tequila and adds real grapefruit and lime juices to create a deliciously tangy and sparkling cocktail.

Drinkworks is a joint venture between the single-serving coffee pod giant and Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), and it’s building a familiar-looking machine that mixes up cocktails using disposable pods.
