Honouring France’s most north-western region (and why not?), the Gorvello Distillery only uses cider apples sourced from its 18 hectares of orchard, before distillation takes place in Gorvello’s own still. The Euax de Vie in then aged in oak barrels in Gorvello’s cellar, before it is bottled at a smooth 40% ABV.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
