An aged Grappa from Distilleria Gualco, which was founded in Italy all the way back in 1870. This Grappa is produced using the pomace from Moscato grapes and is allowed to age for 6 years in casks made from acacia wood (the name of this expression, ‘Rubinia’, is a common name for acacia in Italy).
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
