Derrumbes Joven Oaxaca Tzitzio, Michoacan is a perfect example of a mezcal from the Central Valley of Oaxaca. Made using Espadin agave, cooked in an underground pit, it is double-distilled and rested for three months before bottling. Citrus and sweetness combine with light smoke on the palate.
Nose: A delicate aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
