The Clumsy Bear Vodka is handmade in Denmark at one of the world’s smallest distilleries. The vodka is carefully distilled three times on small Portuguese copper kettles and each batch is made only in 75 liters, ensuring a unique taste in the hand-numbered bottles. The traditional craftsmanship gives the vodka a unique character and fullness that ranks far above industrial-produced alcohol.
Nose: White pepper, after rain fall minerality with faint white bread, caraway and aniseed.
Palate: Wonderful creamy dairy sweetness with minerality, cleansing white and black pepper spice and faint white bready flavours.
Finish: Creamy white bread with cracked black pepper spice.
Trolden Distillery produces its single malt in the same address as Trolden Brewery, in Kolding, Denmark. They began distilling in 2011.
