A bottle of Bas-Armagnac from the Delord range, distilled all the way back in 1964 – the same year that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was published. That book still holds up very well indeed, and so does this Armagnac.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
