Made with maraschino cherry extract and fine Kirsch, this cordial brings the deliciously sweet flavor of ripe cherries to any cocktail. Perfect for sipping after dinner or mixing into your favorite desserts, its bold red color and cherry flavor infuses cocktails with a delicious burst of sweetness.
Nose: The initial aroma is tremendously ripe and alluring in its true-to-the-fruit-source manner; following aeration the aroma changes to a more cherry preserves leaning than fresh-picked.
Palate: The palate entry is properly sweet, ripe and cherry-like; at midpalate, the taste profile becomes more Maraschino cherry in nature than just-off-the-tree.
Finish: Finishes well and vibrantly fruity.
