Dutch jenever made with a high proportion of malt wine (hence ‘Cornwyn’ or corenwyn/kirenwijn, meaning literally ‘grain wine’) and finished in Sherry casks!
Nose: Bready with piney juniper, cinnamon, mocha, thyme, and grassy scents.
Palate: Lightly cinnamon spices bready maltiness with piney juniper, vanilla and caramel.
Finish: Light spice and herbal breadiness with faint piney juniper.
