VS Grande Champagne Cognac from the House of Couprie. Though not quite as well known as some of the bigger Cognac Houses, Couprie produce some utterly marvellous expressions – as you’d expect from a House located in the most revered of Cognac’s districts.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
