Detailed Description

Our vodka is distilled from a base of premium malted barley, giving it a distinctive barley essence and a round, smooth mouth feel. It has a touch of sweetness, with a naturally-occurring hint of vanilla. It works equally well in vodka-forward cocktails, like a vodka Martini, or in cocktails where the vodka takes a backseat to other flavors.

Nose: Vanilla, white pepper and faint sulphur.

Palate: Grainy bready notes with buttery vanilla and white pepper spice.

Finish: Bready finish with black pepper spice.

Distillery Information

Copperworks Distilling Company is a craft distillery, tasting room and gift shop located on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. We produce small-batch American Single Malt Whiskey, a series of gins, and vodka, all from malted barley. Copperworks was founded by co-owners/distillers Jason Parker and Micah Nutt—both experienced craft beer makers, who built Copperworks to explore the possibilities of malted barley by distilling high-quality craft beer (without hops) into fine spirits. Our spirits are distilled in traditional copper stills that were specifically created in Scotland for Copperworks and for the distillation of each individual spirit. We focus on creating distilled spirits that can stand impressively on their own or serve as a delicious base for new and classic cocktails. Copperworks opened its doors in 2013 offering tastings, tours, and other events focused on enjoying and learning about fine distilled spirits. The company has won numerous local, national and international awards. Copperworks spirits are found on the shelves of bars, restaurants, and retail stores through Washington State.
