From Denmark’s Copenhagen Distillery comes this awesome Aquavit! In addition to the traditional use of dill seeds, this expression includes green anise and lemon peel, giving it a crisp, citrus lift and a unique spiced character. Great for sipping, but this should also work very well in place of gin in Martinis and the like.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
