The crafty folks at Denmark’s Copenhagen Distillery have come up with a splendid sipper here! A wheat base spirit is distilled with Arabica coffee beans from Finca Ceylan in Guetamala, imparting rich, bold notes of sweet, roasted coffee to balance gentle citrus and chocolate. The scope for this is endless, but the first stop for us will obviously be an Espresso Martini, next up, perhaps a coffee Negroni?
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
