From Circumstance, Psychopomp’s sister distillery in Bristol comes Circumstantial Mixed Grain. Made from wheat, rye and malted barley, the spirit is treated to a long fermentation and short ageing. For the ageing, the spirit rested in a combination of charred oak spindles, bourbon oak and chestnut casks. The result is a vibrant, young and sweet spirit.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Lingering finish.
