Detailed Description
A particularly interesting indie bottling here from That Boutique-y Spirits Company, produced at Bristol’s very own Circumstance Distillery. The team has created some marvellously innovative spirits, with a focus of organic grains and long fermentations. For this expression, Circumstance has used a wheat spirit, but intriguingly, it’s been aged in a drum with oak spindles suspended in the spirit for 40 days. You can see the team on the label, along with Isambard Kingdom Brunel, designer of one of Bristol’s most well-known landmarks, Clifton Suspension Bridge. In fact, a rather mysterious figure appears to be doing some graffiti of Clifton Suspension Bridge in the background too… Batch 1 is a release of 88 bottles.
