Wild Tobal√° agave is the star of this unaged mezcal from Cinco Elementos. Found growing in rocky hills and mountains, it takes longer to reach maturity than more common agave varieties, harvested between 15 to 25 years old. After a double distillation, the creamy spirit is bottled at a generous 50% ABV.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
