They’ve made their own beer, cider, brandy, gin and even vodka – as you can see right here! They make this tipple using distilled skins from their own Chardonnay grapes. Very clever stuff.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
