Cedar Ridge Brandy Tasting Notes
Nose: Cedar Ridge Brandy invites comparison to Cognac, but must contend with the fact that it’s still a young spirit. Bright and fragrant on the nose, it takes advantage of its youth to showcase the fruity notes of the spirit.
Palate: On the palate it offers oak, vanilla, marzipan, and wine.
Finish: Long.
