Cattier’s Brut Blanc de Noirs is comprised of an expertly crafted blend of 70% Pinor Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier grapes, resulting in rich, expressive Champagne packed full of red berry and orchard fruit notes. Serve alongside meat dishes, or accompanied by mild, creamy cheeses.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
