Catedral de mi Padre is a father-daughter duo that collaborates with maestros mezcaleros from Oaxaca, Mexico, bringing some of the finest mezcals to a wide audience. This expression was crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Tio René using espadin and Mexicano agaves.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
