This blanco SS is really well made and is a pure agave bomb in aroma and taste, along with some baking spices, white pepper, olive (briny), sweet citrus and orange peel. It also possesses a Los Altos petrichor, balanced minerality and buttery sensation. Finish is also very pleasant.
