A full bodied and viscous eau de vie from Capreolus, made using Siegerrebe grapes from the local Three Choirs Vineyard, Gloucestershire. The grapes are pressed first and then the skins are transferred to the distillery to make the perfumed and complex spirit.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
