Detailed Description
Another fascinating eau-de-vie from the excellent Capreolus Distillery in the Cotswolds. This particular expression was made using Harry Masters Jersey apples, which are traditionally used for cider – but it seems they make a rather fantastic spirit, too. Versatile. The whole fruits are fermented instead of being pressed as they would for cider, then distilled and the spirit is filled into a single chestnut wood barrel.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
