It’s the 2019 Blackcurrant Eau de Vie from Capreolus, made with fruit harvested not far from the distillery itself! Around 22kg of fruit is needed to make each litre of this complex spirit, so it’s no wonder only 364 bottles were produced.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
