Fruity Italian eau de vie from the Capovilla Distillery! An ancient variety of apples are first fermented, then slowly distilled and aged, to achieve a high strength and bold flavour. Ideal if you want to add a strong body and fruity tang to a cocktail, or a fabulous sipper after a meal.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
