The Capel Double Distilled Reserved is a specially reserved pisco in American oak barrels. This variety is a double-distilled pisco blend that is aged for at least six months in American oak barrels. This blend results in a sweet and complex flavor with notes of nuts, almonds and vanilla.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
