This is the second batch of Caol Ila from DS Tayman, and it doesn’t disappoint! Distilled on Islay in 2008, the smoky single malt was finished in Flam wine barrels from Israel before it was bottled. Oodles of roasty, toasty coffee notes to be found in here.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
