The second release of Port cask finished Cognac from the cracking Camus range. This expression enjoyed maturation in lightly toasted limousin oak casks before heading into the eponymous Port casks (Tawny Port casks, since you asked) for an extra slumber. Helpings of fruity richness has made it from the casks to the Cognac, making this an excellent choice for a postprandial treat.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
