A Negroni simply isn’t a Negroni without Campari. The other two pillars of this epic 1:1:1 aperitif cocktail are, of course, gin and sweet vermouth. Unsurprisingly then, as the quality and popularity of pre-bottled cocktails is on the rise, Campari have produced their own bottled Negroni. It’s made with Campari, London dry gin and, presumably, Cinzano Rosso.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Lingering finish.
