This un-aged expression from the Highlands is one of its kind. Their focus on yeast and fermentation far surpasses any other tequila distillery in the region and is a major contributor to the flavor. Herbaceous and lime notes penetrate the senses. We cannot speak higher of this tequila.
Nose: Citrus, herbs and cooked agave.
Palate: Sharp green apples, softer notes of pear and more cooked agave.
Finish: Pears continue on the finish.
