Detailed Description
Grand Quinquina is a wine-based aperitif made by Byrrh, an old producer founded in 19th Century France. As the name suggests, it contains a fair amount of quinine, which adds bitterness to the sweet muscat wine that forms the basis of this drink. This can also be used in place of Dubonnet to create an excellent version of one of the very best Scotch cocktails: the Arnaud’s Special.
