The folks at Burning Barn set out to make a spiced rum that was… Well, spicy. As luck would have it, they succeeded in their quest! This warming tipple features ginger, Bird’s Eye chilli and allspice at its core, alongside a few hints of vanilla and coconut for good measure.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
