The BruXo X is manufactured in San Dionisio Ocotepec in the Oaxaca region in southwest Mexico. Only high-quality and aromatic agaves are used, which are carefully chopped up and the agave hearts are then cooked for several days. In order to obtain the fine agave juice, the piñas are then pressed using the Tahona wheel. It is a stone mill powered by donkeys or horses. The agave juice obtained in this way is then fermented and distilled twice, using a copper still. The clear Mezcal BruXo X is a perfect partner for mixing drinks. The delicious mezcal with its fresh, fruity note is a perfect partner for mixing summer drinks and also goes well with dishes and snacks with a salty note.
Nose: Nose with its wonderfully fruity aromas of lemons with floral hints and is harmonious, complex and soft on the palate.
Palate: Citrus peel and dried chamomile resonate as well as a slightly mineral note and nuances of seductive honey.
