A fresh, bright Champagne from Bruno Paillard, this non-vintage Blanc de Blancs is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs grand cru vineyards. A delicate creamy mousse balances lively citrus fruit, and it certainly looks the part all dressed up in gold.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
