Taking inspiration from English country gardens, Broken Clock Vodka is made in a traditional copper pot still in Cheshire, and is then infused with slow ripened apples from the garden at Shandy Hall in Coxwold, Yorkshire, along with botanicals from old Georgian gardens and cookery books. The result is a particularly smooth spirit with a fruity edge that’s perfect for vodka-based cocktails.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
