A spiced rum, but not as you might expect it ‚Äì the folks at Brass Neck have been getting rather adventurous with their botanicals. Exploring and experimenting with an array of natural ingredients, some from nearby and others from further afield, this rum includes the likes of tonka beans and orange peel as well as Scottish nettles and milk thistle. It’ll certainly stand out from the crowd! The rum itself is proudly distilled in Scotland and has a handsome fox on the label, which is wonderful. It should be a very versatile serve, suitable for being sipped neat, or mixed as your favourite rum cocktail.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
