However, after the maturation process, this expression has been charcoal filtered to remove the colour but keep the tasty, tasty aged rum flavours, and it was a success! All the rich oak and plump dried fruit flavours in a spirit that is perfect for cocktails. Result!
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Lingering finish.
