Behold the 2012 vintage of Bolinger’s La Grande Ann√©e series! This one has a slightly higher proportion of Pinot Noir than Chardonnay, harvested from 21 crus. The Champagne was fermented entirely in barrels, and the result is a wonderfully creamy wine. We can’t think of a better pairing with oysters, if you’re feeling fancy.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
