Produced in Idaho in the only potato spirits company in the US. Distilled four times. Next is the five-step filtration process includes passage through fine charcoal, filter press, garnet or crystal, travertine and submicron. The result is unique, clean vodka rich in texture. One of the reasons this particular potato-based spirit is so good is because it starts as some of the best grown potatoes in the world, the Idaho Russet Burbank potatoes which Idaho is famous for. Nose: Blue Ice is a full-bodied, icy clear vodka with a sweet lemon and cherry aroma.

Palate: The silky, slightly oily palate is clean and earthy with the flavor of finely grown potatoes and the lightest hints of citrus and lavender.
