Blue Duck Vodka hails from New Zealand, and it’s seven times distilled, not from grain or potatoes, but from whey! The distillery is focused on sustainability, and distilling a by-product of New Zealand’s dairy industry seemed like a good place to start. What’s more, the vodka is inspired by the endangered blue duck, and a portion of each bottle sold will go towards habitat preservation.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
