A particularly pleasing Paloma pre-bottled cocktail from Black Lines Drinks, perfect for pre-dinner tipples (and apparently rather good for alliteration, too). This expression combines Olmeca Blanco Tequila with grapefruit soda, fresh citrus and a touch of sea salt. You’ll want to enjoy this one in a rocks glass with plenty of ice and a good wedge of fresh grapefruit.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
