This Junmai Daiginjo was created by the Kokuryu Sake Brewery, and is named after Kokuryu’s founder. Nizaemon uses every precious drop from the moromi (sake mash), collected in 18-liter bottles and matured using Kokuryu’s original method. The result is this wonderful sake, bringing through rich and beautifully subtle flavours.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
